We want to make sure you are well-informed and comfortable with the terms of our business relationship as a registered candidate. Please review the following terms, as they will govern our collaboration. It's important to understand that Walter Everett operates as a recruitment agency in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, which establish specific standards of conduct for agencies like us. Your Authorisation

 

By registering as a candidate with Walter Everett, you authorize us to represent you and seek employment opportunities on your behalf. In this process, we may share the following information with our clients:

  • Your previous employment history, including dates and job titles.

  • Salary information and expectations.

  • Your notice period.

  • Your availability for an interview.

  • Information regarding your right to work in the UK, including related documents.

  • Any information relevant to the application that may impact our clients.

  • Your CV.

  • Special category data, if requested by our client during the offer stage, for the purpose of verifying your right to work or providing proof of address documents on their behalf.Furthermore, you confirm your intent to pursue employment opportunities in the specific sectors we have discussed.

Please note that our clients may conduct reference checks, background checks, and DBS checks as part of their hiring process. Consequently, all offers extended to you are conditional and subject to satisfactory outcomes. While Walter Everett does not conduct reference checks, we are legally obliged to ensure certain standards. Specifically, if we introduce a work-seeker to a hirer and discover within three months that they may not be suitable for the job, we are obligated to promptly inform the hirer.
